The Road and Traffic Authority is tending well to their employees. Their HR department has been actively aiding personal growth with regular one on one meetings. They were now looking for a quick but memorable explainer movie to explain their approach in conjunction with those meetings.
They had not one, but two versions of a script to begin with. – A very good starting point. We proceeded to streamline and shorten the script, but it was still missing something catchy, maybe something like an analogy?
That’s when it occurred to us to compare the three different type of goals to methods of navigating a car. The guys of Road and Traffic Authority were pleased with that!
