These partly coloured sketch illustrations depict the story of a young astronaut crash landing on a foreign planet. He discovers that the smoke cloud of his arrival has brought rain fall to the barren land, which is sprouting trees and in turn is creating an atmosphere for our hero who can now enjoy fresh fruit and water. But the happy life in not supposed to last: Soon he discovers that the planet is strangely shrinking day after day. He needs to repair his spaceship and leave again with a sad heart.
